Sustainable Energy Supply with iDM Heat Pumps
For its modern corporate site in Brixlegg (Tyrol), the engineering and planning company SPIEGLTEC relies on sustainable building technology with iDM heat pumps.
Three iDM TERRA SW 90 Max brine/water heat pumps form the heart of the system. They reliably supply energy for both heating and cooling via a combined underfloor heating/cooling system, supplemented by fan coils and a modern ventilation system. The heat pumps use groundwater from a private well, which, thanks to its constant temperature, allows for particularly efficient operation.
For hydraulic optimization and energy storage, the following buffer systems are used:

2,000-liter high-temperature storage tank
The result: A well-designed overall system that provides a comfortable indoor climate year-round, low operating costs, and a clear contribution to decarbonization.
