Ramsauer GmbH relies on a forward-looking energy solution from iDM that combines heating and cooling in an industrial application. Two high-performance air source heat pumps and one groundwater heat pump work together seamlessly to ensure maximum efficiency and sustainability.
What makes this system special is the iNTELLiGENT control provided by the Navigator 2.0. Our advanced control system dynamically determines which heat pump achieves the highest efficiency under current conditions. During transitional periods with milder outdoor temperatures, the air source heat pumps take over. When temperatures drop, the groundwater heat pump becomes the primary source. This approach not only ensures efficient energy use but also extends the service life of the equipment by balancing operating hours across the system.
The system is designed for low-temperature heating and offers both active and passive cooling. With a total of 8,000 liters of thermal storage for heating and cooling, it ensures that energy is always available as needed—even under high-demand conditions.
