The EU Data Act (Regulation (EU) 2023\/2854) is a key European regulation governing access to and the use of data. The objective of the Regulation is to establish fair and transparent framework conditions for data sharing and to enable both individuals and businesses to access and use data generated by connected products, such as heat pumps.<\/p>\n
