As a former farm, the “Wallnerhof” residential complex is located on Stadlauer Strasse, nestled between Hirschstettner Strasse 76 and Am Krautgarten 3 and is designed for generations to live for young and old. A total of 32 barrier-free rental units are available in three low-ise buildings.
Each apartment is equipped with a free space (garden, terrace or balcony). The heat is supplied by innovative air heat pumps, which represent an environmentally friendly way of heating without emissions!
